What does a 12-month course access mean?
When you purchase a course, you get access to all the course content for 12 months. During this period, you can revisit the materials as often as you like.
What happens after my 12-month access expires?
After 12 months, your access to the course will expire, and you will no longer be able to view the course materials unless you renew your access by purchasing the course again.
Can I extend my course access after the 12 months are up?
After 12 months, course access can only be extended by repurchasing the course.
What is included in the course purchase?
Your purchase includes access to all course materials, including videos, downloadable resources, quizzes, and any updates made to the course during your 12-month access period. Course materials vary by course.
Are course updates included in my 12-month access?
Yes, any updates or new content added to the course during your 12-month access period will be available to you at no additional cost. Course are updated in-line with releases. For example, a course about Salesforce will be reviewed and updated with each release (Spring, Summer, and Winter).
Can I share my course access with others?
No, course access is granted to individual users and is non-transferable. Sharing your login details with others is against our terms of service and may result in the termination of your account.
Do you offer refunds if I decide not to continue with the course?
At Your Cloud Coach, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your course, we will offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase, if no more than 10% of the course content has been completed. Please note that refunds are not available after the 30-day period or if more than 10% of the course has been completed.
Will I receive a certificate upon course completion?
Yes, upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a digital certificate that you can download and share on your professional profiles, such as LinkedIn.
